Kicking off on May 9th in Brisbane, Montell Fish will bring his hypnotic sound to four exclusive headline shows across Australia before heading back to the U.S. for major festival appearances at Kilby Block Party (Salt Lake City) and Governor’s Ball (New York). From there, the tour resumes in August, weaving through a carefully curated selection of top-tier European festivals before closing with intimate headline performances in Warsaw, Vienna, and Zurich—each stop offering fans a rare chance to experience Montell’s artistry up close. His sound—haunted yet hopeful, stripped-back yet lush—has resonated with audiences worldwide, and The Dream Deer Tour is only further cementing his place as a unique voice in modern music.
Montell Fish’s artistry isn’t limited to just one persona. Enter dj gummy bear, his shadowy, masked alter ego introduced in 2023 with the single 2 Seater. A sonic experiment in abstract electronic textures and ambient R&B, dj gummy bear serves as Montell’s creative outlet, existing as both a contrast and a complement to his more structured, alternative pop world.
The two personas collided with Intercession Before Charlotte, an EP that placed Montell and dj gummy bear in direct conversation, framing the latter as a prophet within Montell’s creative universe. Through this internal dialogue, Montell explored themes of faith, fame, expectation, and relationships—offering deeper context to the release of his sophomore album, CHARLOTTE.
