Presale information

You must be an MG Live Member to access tickets during an MG Live presale. You can sign up here!

Each member receives a unique presale code. When the presale begins, use your code to unlock tickets on the official ticketing website.

Note: Some shows may use a generic codeword instead of your personal code. To ensure you have the correct presale code for your show, sign in to the MG Live website and view all available codes on the tour page.

To get ready for a presale, we recommend completing these steps beforehand:

  • Sign up as a member (if you haven’t already).
  • Confirm the presale code for your chosen show and keep it somewhere easy to find.
  • Some ticketing agents require you to be logged into their website to complete checkout. Check whether you already have an account with the ticketing agent. If not, create one and have your login details handy.

An MG Live presale is a special window where members receive early access to tickets for shows presented by MG Live and our touring partners before they become available to the general public. These presales may apply to events across our brands, including A Day On The Green, Boiler Room, Fridayz, Live at the Gardens, Sugar Mountain, and more.

Please note that not all tours will include an MG Live Member presale.

There are three ways to locate your unique MG Live Member presale code:

  • Confirmation Email: Check the confirmation email you received when you signed up for your MG Live membership.
  • My Details Page: Sign in to the MG Live website and visit your ‘My details’ page - your presale code will be displayed there.
  • Tour Page During Presale: Before and during a presale, sign in to the MG Live website, go to the artist’s tour page, select the show you want to attend, and your presale code will appear under the ‘Presale code’ section.

Note:
Some shows may use a standard codeword or a hidden link instead of your unique member code. To ensure you’re using the correct presale access method, always visit the MG Live website, navigate to the artist’s tour page, select the show you want to attend, and check the ‘Presale code’ section for the applicable code or instructions.

MG Live Member presales give you the chance to purchase tickets before they become available to the general public. All price categories are offered during both the MG Live Member presale and the general on‑sale period. Please note that presales do not include preferential or priority seating.

You are free to choose whether to buy during the presale or wait until tickets are released to everyone.

Keep in mind that ticket availability during presales is not guaranteed, as allocations can sell out - just as they can once tickets are on sale to the public. For the most up‑to‑date information during the presale period, check the official Facebook Event or visit the tour page to see if a waitlist is available for your preferred show date.

You don’t need to receive a presale email to take part in any MG Live Member presale.

Presale details are available on the MG Live website from the moment a tour is announced until the presale period ends. Simply visit the relevant tour page and sign in to view your presale code.

Ticketing FAQs

Tickets for each show must be purchased through the authorised ticketing agency. Common official ticketing partners include Ticketmaster, Ticketek, AXS, Moshtix, and Oztix.

To find the authorised ticketing agency for a specific show, check the “Authorised ticketing agency” section listed under relevant artist’s tour page.

Please note:

  • MG Live is not a ticketing agency and does not handle ticket sales or transactions.
  • We strongly advise against purchasing tickets from unauthorised third‑party resellers or through social media, as these channels may not provide valid tickets.

Your tickets will be delivered using the method specified on the authorised ticketing agency’s website at the time of purchase. You can also find the delivery method in your ticket purchase confirmation email or by signing in to your account on the authorised ticketing agency’s website.

Some tickets are delivered immediately, while others may be held until closer to the event date (a “ticket suppression date”) to help prevent scalping. The specific delivery date will be provided during purchase and can also be found on the authorised ticketing agency’s website.

If your tickets were meant to be delivered instantly but you have not received them, please contact the authorised ticketing agency. If your tickets have not arrived after the suppression date has passed, please contact the authorised ticketing agency for assistance.

If you’re no longer able to attend a show you’ve purchased tickets for, we recommend visiting the authorised ticketing agency’s website to review the options available to you.

The show’s authorised ticketing agency may offer an official resale service and/or secure methods for transferring your tickets to someone else through their platform.

We strongly advise against reselling tickets through unauthorised third‑party sites or social media.

If a show is postponed, existing ticket holders do not need to do anything. All original tickets remain valid for the new date - no exchange required. If you cannot attend the rescheduled performance, you may request a full refund from the show’s authorised ticketing agency, listed on the relevant artist’s tour page on the MG Live website.

If you’re unsure which ticketing agency you used, please check your purchase confirmation email or visit the MG Live website. On the artist’s tour page, look under your show date for the ‘Authorised ticketing agency’ section.

Once new dates are confirmed, the authorised ticketing agency will email all original ticket purchasers with complete details.

If a show is cancelled, refunds will be automatically issued to original ticket purchasers who bought through the show’s authorised ticketing agency. The agency will communicate directly with affected customers.

If you have not yet received your refund or have not heard from the authorised ticketing agency, please reach out to the agency directly.

Ticket purchase limits apply and differ between shows. You can view the limit for each event on the authorised ticketing agency’s website, or by visiting the MG Live website and checking the ‘Ticket information’ section for your selected show date on the artist’s tour page.

An Unreserved or General Admission ticket provides entry to a non‑allocated area where seats are not assigned.

These tickets operate on a first-come, best-position basis on the day of the event.

A Reserved Seating ticket means you’re assigned a specific seat in a designated section for the show.

Accessibility

We recommend contacting the venue and the authorised ticketing agency ahead of the general public on‑sale to discuss accessible tickets and available services.
